All orders placed on https://huy-vo.com/ are subject to confirmation by HUY VO. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases of: product unavailability, pricing or product description errors, or signs of fraudulent transactions.
2. Ready-to-wear and Made-to-order Products
- Ready-to-wear products: Processed and dispatched immediately.
- Made-to-order products: To ensure a perfect fit and exquisite craftsmanship, certain designs are only crafted upon receipt of an order. The completion time typically ranges from 7 to 14 business days (specifically noted on each product page).
3. Pricing and Taxes
Product prices are listed in VND.
- Domestic orders: Prices are inclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT).
- International orders: Any import taxes or local customs duties (if applicable) shall be borne by the customer in accordance with the regulations of the destination country.
4. Order Modifications
You may request to modify or cancel your order within 24 hours of placement. Once the production process (for made-to-order items) or the shipping process has commenced, modification and cancellation requests can no longer be accommodated.
