1. Garment Alteration Service

• Alteration Support: HUY VO is pleased to assist you with fitting adjustments to ensure the garment achieves the utmost perfection with your personal silhouette.
• Design Principles: To preserve the artistry and soul of the collection, any alterations that compromise or transform the original design will not be accommodated.
• Notification Period: Please contact our Admin department within 7–10 days of receiving the product to request this service.

2. Sizing Standard Commitment

• For Inventory (Ready-to-wear) Items: These products are crafted according to our published standard size chart. In this case, HUY VO will only assist with length adjustments to ensure optimal proportions for you.
• For Order (Made-to-order) Items: If the delivered product does not match the previously confirmed measurements, HUY VO will receive the item and perform specialized adjustments to align exactly with your personal measurements, ensuring maximum comfort and refined beauty.

3. Issue Resolution & Refund

• Refund Policy: In exceptional circumstances directly related to quality standards or your absolute satisfaction, the brand will implement a refund policy of 50% of the order value.
• Refund Timeline: In the aforementioned exceptional cases, the refund and settlement process will be completed within 30 days. This stands as our highest commitment to responsibility and appreciation for the customers who have trusted and accompanied our brand.

4. Sustainability & Legacy Strategy

With a philosophy of sustainable fashion and a desire to extend the lifecycle of heritage-inspired designs, HUY VO proudly introduces a product circularity program exclusively for our loyal clients:

• Inherited Value: For garments that have accompanied you through the years, should you wish to pass them down to a loved one or alter the silhouette for continued use, HUY VO will gladly accept them to perform the necessary adjustments.
• Circular Mindset: This represents HUY VO’s effort in promoting the Circular Economy model, transforming each product into an inheritable legacy that extends its value across generations.
• Exclusive Processing Fee: To maximally support this sustainable journey, HUY VO applies a preferential alteration fee of 500,000 VND per session (applicable for basic size and silhouette changes that do not alter the original design structure).
• Receiving Process: Please send the product to HUY VO so our artisan team can assess the condition of the material and advise on the most optimal alteration approach.
