Return & Refund Policy

1. Return and Exchange Period

HUY VO accepts returns or exchanges within 14 days from the date of receipt for online orders placed at https://huy-vo.com/.

Note: Items purchased during Sale events are not eligible for this return and exchange policy.

2. Conditions for Return and Exchange

Products will only be accepted for return or exchange if they fully meet the following criteria:

• A) The product must be intact: unused, unwashed, free of any unusual odors, and undamaged.

• B) All original tags and seals must remain completely intact and uncut.

• C) The product must be returned in its original packaging to ensure its safety during transit.

3. Refund Process

Upon receiving the returned product and completing the quality inspection:

• We will notify you of the inspection results via email.

• The refund will be processed within 14 business days from the date the returned product is confirmed as eligible.

• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Credit/Debit Card or PayPal). The exact time it takes for the funds to reflect in your account will depend on your issuing bank’s policies.

4. Important Notes

In the event that the returned product does not meet the aforementioned conditions, HUY VO reserves the right to refuse the refund request or require you to cover the shipping costs to have the item sent back to you.
