1. Order Confirmation & Processing Time

  • Order Establishment: Your order is officially recorded and enters the processing pipeline immediately after you complete the bank transfer and our Admin department successfully confirms the transaction.
  • Inventory (Ready-to-wear) Items: Orders will be handed over to our shipping partner within 48 hours of payment confirmation.
  • Made-to-Order Collection Items: To guarantee exquisite craftsmanship, each piece undergoes rigorous quality control and artisanal packaging at our Atelier, requiring 3–5 business days. During peak seasons, specific processing times will be communicated to you individually.
  • Progress Updates: We will proactively notify you via Inbox, SMS, or Email should your piece be completed earlier than anticipated, allowing you to conveniently arrange for its reception.

2. Exclusive Packaging Standards

To preserve the pristine structure and texture of our premium silk materials, every piece is placed within a luxurious HUY VO box, enveloped in specialized lining paper to safeguard against any environmental impact during transit.

3. Shipping Methods & Fee Privileges

  • Standard Shipping: HUY VO extends the privilege of complimentary nationwide shipping for all orders. The estimated delivery time is 2–3 business days via our premium logistics partner, Viettel Post.
  • Express Shipping: For urgent delivery requests utilizing specialized services (Nasco), the shipping fee will be settled directly by the customer with the courier service.

4. Limitation of Liability & Order Tracking

  • Order Tracking: As soon as the package is dispatched, a Tracking Number will be provided so you can proactively monitor its journey directly through our shipping partner’s system.
  • HUY VO’s Responsibilities: We are wholly committed to guaranteeing product quality, artisanal packaging standards, and providing timely updates regarding your tracking information.
  • Carrier’s Responsibilities: Our logistics partners (Viettel Post/Nasco) bear full responsibility for delivery timelines, the structural integrity of the package throughout transit, and the resolution of any transportation-related issues.
